Aerobics Schedules
CLASS SCHEDULE DESCRIPTION Power Tone - Cardio aerobics (kickboxing, jacks, jogs, knees, etc.) and strength training mix. High intensity with variations for all levels of fitness. Step & Pump - Total body Cardio workout, utilizing the Step with fun choreography and music for an effective calorie-burn. Alternating with Strengthening exercises using weights to tone and shape your body. Ab Attack Pilates - Moderate/high intensity workout utilizing the "fitness circle". Focusing on all core muscle groups with special emphasis on the abdominals. Considered a comprehensive workout on it's own. Mind / Body Fusion - Strong core workout concentration on balance, flexibility, and core strength. Focusing on the mind and the body's movement. Combining Yoga, Pilates, and come Tai Chi. Body Blitz - Calorie blasting workout! Class is divided into heart thumping cardio segments and muscle burning strength moves to tone your entire body. Ab Express - Burnout your Abs in just 15 minutes with a high intensity, quick paced abdominal workout. Zumba - A cardio fusion of Latin and International music. Salsa, Meringue, Cha Cha moves! Fun, easy, and efective for fat burning and total body toning. Spice up your workout! Cardio Kickboxing - Punching/Jabbing/upper-cutting/kicking - that your waist, glutes, and hips won't forget. Upper and lower body work. Intense fun!
