CLASS SCHEDULE DESCRIPTION Step & Tone - This class is divided into two segments: a moderate intensity cardio workout using Step combinations for fat-burning and strengthening exercises using weights and resistance bands to tone and shape your body. Body Blitz - Reshape your body with this revved-up calorie blasting workout. Class is divided into heart thumping cardiovascular segments and muscle burning strength moves to tone your entire body. Kickboxing - Workout incorporates easy to follow boxing inspired drills. Easily modified to suit your level. Step Challenge - A fun, challenging choreographed step class that works your cardiovascular system at a moderate to high intensity. Guaranteed to make you burn those extra calories. Power Pilates - Pilates exercises offer a complete fitness system. They strengthen the "CORE" muscles of the torso while increasing flexibility throughout the body. The techniques create sculpted muscles, reduce stress and increase energy.
